For aspirants who wish to work in hospitals, nursing homes & alike job roles, getting to know experiences of similar young students might be useful.
We come across many students and parents who wish to get a hospital job but are either unaware of the types of roles they could apply or how can they acquire the requisite skills to get a hospital job.
Our Tech Mahindra SMART Academy for Healthcare is born out of this need of the aspirants. Over the last two years, over 1200 students have passed out of the three academies. Narinder Pal Kaur, an aspirant who wanted to work in Hospital administration has pursued the Hospital Front Office & Billing Executive course and is working with IVY Hospital, Mohali says, “After completing my training, I got my first job in IVY Hospital as a Guest Relation Officer.
